What can you expect?
The Women Mentorship Program is a unique opportunity for students and young professionals, who self-identify as women, to get to know your strengths, leverage your skills, and kick-start your career in consulting.
As a participant, you take part in interactive skill-based workshops with professional trainers, one-to-one coachings with your assigned female BCG mentor, and great social activities that will expand your network. As a mentee, you are furthermore guaranteed an interview with BCG for either an Associate or Visiting Associate position. To set you up for success, you will be provided with the support and guidance you need to prepare for your interviews.
Key events will take place on the following dates:
- 13th March 2023 (in-person at BCG Oslo)
- 28th March 2023 (hybrid)
- 4th May 2023 (hybrid)
- 25th May 2023 (in-person at BCG Oslo)
Who are we looking for?
We welcome applications from university students (BSc, MSc, and PhD programs) from all fields of study, as well as young professionals with 1-2 years of work experience who self-identify as women. We value intellectual curiosity, creative thinking, integrity, drive, and a collaborative mindset.
