Graduate Programme 2017
The Nordea Graduate Programme is a talent programme focusing on professional
development and personal growth. It’s a two year programme,
built up around four international seminars gathering graduates from different
countries and business areas in Nordea. The programme will give you
a unique understanding of the finance industry.
You will become part of a highly skilled team, and you will get your own
mentor. Our graduate programme is recognised as one of the top 10
trainee/graduate programmes in the Nordics. With a retentionrate above
85%, many now pursue interesting careers in Nordea.
The sice and Nordic structure of our organisation makes it a very dynamic
enviroment. We are constantly changching and you can steer your career in
numerous directions.
In 2016 Nordea was ranked as the fourth most attractive employer in the
Nordics. The deadline for application is 18 September. The programme
startes in the autumn of 2017.
