About this opportunity
Welcome to the Corporate Finance team. We offer advice to our clients in relation to public and private mergers & acquisitions (“M&A”) as well as initial public offerings and other equity capital markets (“ECM”) transactions. Our comprehensive deal experience and track-record coupled with the unmatched financial strength of the bank allows us to offer our clients a unique full-service proposition encompassing both advise and financing. Our pan-Nordic setup currently consists of approximately 100 employees across our offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo, with c. 20 people based in Oslo. You will work closely together with our experienced colleagues in various internal situations learning first-hand the decision-making process of an investment bank.
What you’ll be doing:
-Involvement in transaction execution and business origination.
-Company valuation and modelling.
-Financial and commercial analysis.
-Creation of marketing materials.
-Interaction with other Nordea teams and external stakeholders.
You’ll join a strong and expanding team that has successfully executed on some of the largest M&A and ECM transactions during 2020 and 2021.
The internship is full-time. We are looking for candidates to join the Corporate
Finance team as:
-Intern(s) starting fall 2022; and
-Intern(s) starting spring 2023
The fall internship will last from August to December 2022 and the spring internship will last from January-June 2023, however with some flexibility. A full- year internship can be discussed if preferable. The role(s) are based in Oslo.

Your experience and background:
-Graduating with excellent credentials from a recognized
university/business school in 2024.
-Fluency in Norwegian and English with excellent verbal and written
communication.
