AGENDA
BCG ASPIRE Women’s Workshop is a 4-day virtual event where over 85 talented women from Europe, Africa, Middle East and South America get to meaningfully engage with each other, explore consulting and connect with BCGers from around the world. Each day will be an exciting mix of inspiring keynotes, masterclasses, case workshops, fun activities and networking. ASPIRE attendees will get the opportunity to develop their leadership and communication skills, while getting a taste of what it’s like to be a consultant at BCG.
Please note: while we anticipate a virtual event, in-person aspects may be incorporated on an opt-in basis, if it safe to do so.

Applications are open to university students (undergraduate, master’s, or PhD programs) who self-identify as women. We are looking for students from all fields of study, with an outstanding academic track record, and a curious mind seeking new challenges.

Join us online November 2-4, 2021, from 16:00-19:30 CET, for our flagship multi-day experience, and discover how you can shape a company’s future—and your own!
Discover the full extent of mergers and acquisitions—from the initial idea to closing the deal. Based on a real M&A BCG project, you will gain insights into a live transaction and be given the opportunity to apply the knowledge you have acquired so far in a broader corporate finance context.
Together with BCG consultants from Corporate Finance & Strategy, Private Equity and Transaction Center, as well as 60 students from top European universities, you will analyze the strategic rationale of the deal, assess the target company, quantify the potential synergies, and structure the execution of the transaction.
During the interactive case study sessions, you will enhance your problem-solving and presentation skills, receive invaluable tips from our experienced consultants and learn the methodologies and approach of the world’s leading strategy consultancy.
Over the 3 days, hear from our practice area experts and external speakers, and network with our consultants, recruiters, and your peers to explore career opportunities, exchange ideas, and discover how we can unlock your potential here at BCG.
APPLY
We are looking for outstanding university students (undergraduate, graduate, or PhD) majoring in finance, economics, business, or similarly quantitative subjects with an affinity for either corporate finance, strategy or private equity, and the following qualities:

Outstanding academic performance, along with evidence of excellence in nonacademic and extracurricular activities

Diverse experiences and international exposure

Quick powers of comprehension, a sharp analytical mind, curiosity, inventiveness, and an affinity for numbers as much as for people

Desire to not only understand a situation, but to change that situation for the better

Prior practical experience in corporate finance or private equity through internships is welcome but not a prerequisite
