The position we offer
Graduates’ skills and passions are matched to a specific position within our Nordea team. There you will develop professionally and personally, turning your skills and passions into a career. If you take initiative and contribute meaningfully to your team and Nordea, you can expect to see more career opportunities within Nordea.
Nordea Graduate programme kick-starts your journey from being a student to becoming a successful young professional, creating the perfect start for your career. You will be employed in a specific position within business or IT that matches your interests and competencies so you can work with the things that you are most passionate about.
Your passion will be our joint strength and will support Nordea in the historic transformation process we have initiated. In the coming years Nordea will invest substantially in the establishment of the future relationship bank based on a core digital platform. And we want you to be part of this.
During the Graduate programme, you will be part of one of our business tracks and in parallel you participate in international seminars and regular meetings with a mentor. You get the best possible opportunity to create networks, engage with our senior business leaders and unfold your potential while increasing your personal awareness and business knowledge.
We are now offering Graduate positions in the following areas:
- Banking (Corporate & Investment Banking and Finance/Shipping) is all about meeting our customers’ changing needs and offering them the best service. It’s central to everything we do, and you’ll be serving our principal aim of helping our customers reach their goals.
- Technology is changing the way we deliver banking and it’s one of our key strategic focus areas. Working with us, you’ll play a key role in shaping the digital transformation of banking.
- Compliance is a responsibility we take very seriously, and a key strategic priority area in which we strive to be the market leader. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring people can trust Nordea.
All this will give you a strong and unique foundation for your future career now and after the programme.
